1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to services provided by AP Solutions FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, operated by Alexandr Pak. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to AP Solutions FZE.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

a) Information you provide directly

  • Your name and email address, collected via Stripe when you purchase a service
  • Business or product information you voluntarily share during the engagement (e.g. product URLs, design files, analytics access, test environment credentials)
  • Communications you send us via email

b) Information collected automatically

  • Website usage data via Umami Analytics (self-hosted, privacy-friendly, no personal identifiers, no cookies)
  • Session recordings, heatmaps, and usage patterns via Microsoft Clarity
  • Payment transaction data processed by Stripe (we do not store card details — Stripe handles this directly)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the agreed UX audit or design service
  • To process payment and issue invoices
  • To communicate with you about your project
  • To improve our website and understand how visitors use it
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Client Project Data

During an engagement, you may share sensitive product materials with us, including but not limited to: access credentials to test environments, live products or staging environments, design files (Figma or other tools), and analytics platform access.

We treat all project materials as strictly confidential. We access only what is necessary to deliver the agreed scope of work. We do not share your materials with third parties. We do not retain access to your systems beyond the duration of the project unless explicitly agreed.

We recommend that you revoke access credentials once the project is complete.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform: stripe.com/privacy
  • Microsoft Clarity — website analytics. May record anonymized session data: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
  • Umami Analytics — privacy-first, cookieless website analytics. No personal data is collected or stored.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes beyond what is necessary for the service.

6. Data Retention

  • Payment and invoicing records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with UAE and international tax obligations
  • Project deliverables and correspondence are retained for up to 2 years after project completion, after which they are securely deleted
  • Website analytics data is retained as per the policies of the respective tools

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Project files and communications are handled through secure, access-controlled tools. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. International Transfers

AP Solutions FZE is based in the UAE. If you are located in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction, your data may be transferred to and processed in the UAE or other countries. By engaging our services, you acknowledge this transfer.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on alexpaak.com with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
